Steph Ouellet, a dynamic and bilingual executive leader has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, digital innovation, and organizational transformation. In 2024, he assumed the role of CEO at the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners (ALZSWP), leading a dedicated team committed to creating compassionate, dementia-friendly communities.
Known for his strategic acumen, collaborative leadership, and values-driven approach, Steph has successfully led complex transformations across acute care hospitals, family health teams, and health-tech organizations. His career spans the public, nonprofit, and private sectors to improve outcomes for individuals, families, and care partners.
Steph is a Certified Health Executive, holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours MIS) from the University of Ottawa. He has also contributed nationally as co-chair of the National Rural and Northern Health Care Conference.
