--LONDON MAYOR JOSH MORGAN - The Grove at Western Fair District--
Our Mayor Josh Morgan will be joining us at our upcoming meeting on Monday, November 10 2025, at The Grove located at the Western Fairgrounds.
Time: The fellowship room and buffet will open at 11:30 AM. Please plan to arrive no later than 11:45 AM to serve yourself and find a table. Our meeting will start promptly at noon and conclude by 1:00 PM.

Cost: $25.00 per person (self-serve lunch buffet).

Josh Morgan was elected as London’s 65th Mayor on October 24th, 2022. Prior to that, he had served two terms as the City Councilor for Ward 7 being elected in 2014 and again in 2018 with support from 75% of voters. Mayor Morgan was the first in his family to attend University after moving to London in 1998 to study at Western. During his time there, Morgan completed undergraduate degrees in Economics & Political Science, as well as an MA in Political Science. Mayor Morgan is an active member of the London community serving in leadership positions on multiple boards and organizations. He has previously served as the City of London Budget Chair for both the 2016-2019 and 2020-2023 multi-year budgets. He stepped down from that role when he was appointed Deputy Mayor in December 2020, a position he occupied until he was elected Mayor in 2022. He is a current member of the London Police Services Board, Western University Board of Governors, as well as boards for London Economic Development Corporation, RBC Place, London Public Library, and Tourism London. Most importantly, Josh is a proud father of four children.

As required by the By-Laws of the Club (Article 11, Section 4) the Board has received membership applications from Mo Bardaweel and Paul Howarth to join the Rotary Club of London. The Board has approved their applications and notice to members is hereby made via the Club's bulletin. Member objections to either prospective new member must be made in writing, stating reason, to the Club's secretary within 7 days of eCOG-bulletin publication.
