Why should YOU become a Rotarian?

  • To help people around the world and around the block.
  • To meet people from all walks of life who are committed to helping others.
  • Fun and fellowship.
  • An opportunity to network with like-minded individuals.
  • To have the opportunity to contribute...to give something back to your community and the world at large in a rich and meaningful way.

What are the criteria for membership?

Each active member of a Rotary Club is classified in accordance with the member's business or profession to ensure a broad cross-section of the community.

Rotarians are adults of good character with a good business/professional reputation and who holds or have held a position with discretionary authority in any worthy and recognized business/profession.

What next?

If you live or work in London and are interested in becoming a Rotarian, please send an email to membership@rotarylondon.org . Please include your name, address, phone number(s), occupation, and company. You can also fax the same information to (519) 641-6872.

Someone from our membership committee will get back to you and provide you with more information about becoming a member, to answer any questions that you may have—and to invite you out to one of our weekly meetings. We also hold a “ Rotary School ” orientation session before you become a member—so that you are aware of Rotary's objectives as well as the different possibilities to serve within our club.

As well as having a good time socializing and meeting interesting people you can also 'make it count' for those less fortunate around the world.
